Hi, beautiful! I’m Rita Torres, a proud Deaf Latina makeup artist passionate about helping others feel beautiful, confident, and empowered through the art of makeup.
Born to immigrant parents with Salvadoran, Spanish, Moroccan, and Albanian roots, I grew up appreciating diverse cultures, art, fashion, and beauty. My passion for creativity blossomed through my experiences in Paris, Milan, Tokyo, and Mexico City, where I discovered unique styles and artistic inspiration.
My journey into the beauty industry began during college when I volunteered at a Fashion Week show in Paris. I later gained hands-on makeup experience volunteering in San Francisco, California, and working as an assistant makeup artist at a bridal show in Washington, D.C. These experiences inspired me to pursue my passion for makeup artistry and helping others express their individuality.

There are times when I need a break and treat myself to some makeup. I found Rita on Instagram and booked her to do my makeup for my birthday, and she did such a beautiful job! She was patient and really listened to what I wanted. I loved how natural yet glam it turned out.
My daughter and I were attending a country concert and I wanted to treat her to a make up session to make the day even more special. Rita was extremely professional and my daughter's make up was very age appropriate, natural looking, and classy. I got mine done as well and it was just as gorgeous.
